About

The technology gets designed. The person using it almost never does.

Behavioural Twin exists to change that. We build a working model of how you think, decide and communicate — and use it to shape how AI works with you, not instead of you.

The founder

Dave Sturley

A decade inside enterprise technology — and a psychologist's eye on what happens when people meet it.

I've spent ten years working across enterprise technology, consulting and commercial leadership at organisations including Salesforce and Accenture, helping companies from ambitious fintechs to major financial institutions adopt technology and change how they work.

That experience puts me close to how AI is actually being used inside organisations: preparing proposals, analysing information, supporting customer conversations and informing decisions. And it has shaped a conviction that runs through everything we build: successful AI adoption depends on understanding the person using it — their experience, their judgement, and the habits they bring to their work.

Alongside the career in technology, I hold a Master's in Cyberpsychology, a degree in Applied Psychology and a Diploma in Sports Psychology. That background informs how I think about our relationship with AI: how we develop trust, respond to advice, make decisions — and how we retain responsibility for our own thinking.

2capabilities built on one behavioural model — the Twin and the Counterparty
The starting point

Why we developed Behavioural Twin.

We set up Behavioural Twin to help people extend their capabilities while staying actively engaged in the decisions that matter.

The starting point is understanding how you think, assess risk, communicate and make decisions. Through psychometric assessments and the context of your work, we build the foundations of a digital behavioural twin — a structured model of your judgement, not a personality label.

Our ambition is to make your expertise more scalable: enabling AI to support more of your work in ways that reflect your judgement and priorities, rather than flattening them into a generic assistant's defaults.

Two operators with the same job title should not get the same agent. They think differently, weigh risk differently, and want to be challenged differently. The twin is how the difference becomes an input the technology can actually use.

What we build

Two capabilities, one purpose.

CAPABILITY 01

Behavioural Twin

Your expertise, made scalable. A model of how you think, assess risk, communicate and decide — built from psychometric assessment and the context of your work — that lets AI support more of what you do in ways that reflect your judgement and priorities.

CAPABILITY 02

Counterparty Twin

Designed to create positive friction: challenging assumptions, surfacing blind spots, and helping you consider perspectives you might otherwise miss — derived from your own behavioural model, not from anyone else's data.

These two capabilities serve a shared purpose: extending the reach of your expertise and strengthening the thinking behind it. That is the relationship with AI we are building Behavioural Twin to support.
